Our Courier delivers to Mainland UK only, Mon-Fri only; no courier deliveries will be made at weekends or Public Holidays/Bank Holidays.

We always use plain cardboard boxes with no markings to indicate what is inside the box when we deliver so there is no need to worry if the gift is being delivered as a surprise. There have been a good few receptionists up and down the country who have signed delivery for a parcel completely unaware that the contents are actually a surprise gift for them! However, please note that the courier labels may show our business name in plain small printed text in some cases.
We regret we are not currently delivering to any addresses in the Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Scottish Islands or overseas. We can deliver certain nappy cakes within a size limit to Northern Ireland however, these will be sent with an alternative delivery company and may take slightly longer for delivery.
You are more than welcome to collect your Pure Nappy Cakes order from us. We are based in Rainham, Essex, Greater London. We are a less than 10-minute drive from either junction 30 or 31 on the M25 and just a couple of minutes from the A13. Please call or email as collections are by appointment only.
We only use the best leading brand nappies in our nappy cakes.
All of the nappy cakes include size 3 nappies as standard. Size 3 nappies are designed to fit the average baby weighing 4-9kgs (9-20lbs). The average weight of a newborn baby in the UK is approx 7lbs 8oz (3.4kgs) so we use size 3 nappies not only to allow for babies with a larger birth weight but also to allow the new parents to enjoy their nappy cake baby gift before the need to dismantle it.

If you are sending your parcel to someone else, please provide their contact telephone number if possible so that we can pass this to the courier should there be any problems with the delivery.

There are no staples, pins or glue used in any Pure Nappy Cakes. This is to ensure that all items are perfectly usable after the cake is dismantled. This means that Nappies are held together using alternative methods; please take extreme care when taking the cake apart.
The majority of Nappy Cakes and other products by Pure Nappy Cakes are available in stock, we have a very quick turn around and have over a hundred nappy cakes in stock at any one time; however, during busy periods your nappy cake or baby gift may need to be made to order, even so, you may be surprised at how quickly we are able to deliver your nappy cake order! We will always endeavour to meet your deadline.
For items that are made to order - if a certain product or ingredient becomes unavailable, we reserve the right to use an alternative product of equal or greater value and will contact you where possible to discuss this. Pure Nappy Cakes cannot be held responsible for the availability of products.
